We provide at least two revisions on all services. Many of our higher priced services include unlimited revisions for a set period of time. |

Once my project is complete how will my song(s) be delivered to me?
We normally deliver all finished products on CD-ROM or DVD format unless otherwise specified. We also post downloadable links for clients if requested. |

When MixingandMastering.com completes my mixed project, will I receive the masters of the mix?
On Pro Mix, and Pro Elite Mixes only. Standard mixes receive an full version and
instrumental version, however we can provide multi-tracks on standard mixes for an additional $75.00. |

I am not happy with the way my project was recorded, does MixingandMastering.com offer re-recording or track restoration services?

The recording quality of my music is not very good. Will MixingandMastering.com still be able to transform my music into a great sounding mix?
Depends, we will do our very best with the material you provide us. If we hear any glaring problems we will suggest services to upgrade the quality of the tracks. |

How long does it usually take MixingandMastering.com to complete a mixing project?
Projects with four songs or less usually takes us two weeks to complete. Projects with five songs or more may take up to a month to complete. |

How protected will my music be once I submit it to MixingandMastering.com?
It will be very protected. Once the music is in our possession it will only be exposed to our engineers and staff. We recommend that you copyright all of your material before sending it to us. |
